This policy covers Input Sense websites, products, and Discord applications, including Helios, GPC 3, Creative, Theia, and Hermes.
Information we use
We use account and access records, email addresses, Discord IDs, membership and roles, messages, moderation records, and content you submit to provide our services, support, security, and purchases. Helios input, screen capture, and application data stay on your device unless a feature or your action sends them.
Theia uses messages addressed to her and may read related same-channel history, replies, and permitted staff forum posts to answer questions and summarize chats. She may analyze images sent to her or explicitly referenced; other attachments are not read. She may make notes from staff messages in designated support channels. Staff and admin channels are excluded from chat-history features. Automated moderation of messages addressed to Theia may remove them or issue timeouts. Please do not post passwords, license keys, or other sensitive information.
Sharing
Discord, OpenAI, Cloudflare, and hosting providers process information to provide and protect the service. Theia sends relevant message text to OpenAI for replies, summaries, support notes, and moderation, and images when answering questions. We do not sell Discord data or use Discord messages to train AI; OpenAI data sharing for model improvement is disabled for Theia. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users. Discord has its own privacy policy.
Retention
Theia's conversation context is temporary, usually up to 24 hours; an explicitly referenced message may be older. Short notes from staff support messages, with source and author identifiers, are kept for up to 30 days plus routine cleanup and are checked for edits or deletion. OpenAI may retain abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days. Account, access, and security records remain while needed for the service, disputes, or legal requirements. We may retain an identifier to honor an opt-out.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, or removal and future exclusion of your support notes. We may verify ownership. Manage information controlled by Discord through Discord. Our services are not intended for children under 13.
