Input Translator

Input Translator creates and edits GPC3 .ipt and Titan Two / GPC2 .git profiles. Valid changes save automatically. Check the filename, path, and Auto Saved status before loading a profile into its destination.

Format Destination Available output
.ipt GPC 3 in Helios Controller, keyboard, mouse, and Helios Pulse tuning
.git Titan Two through Titan Bridge Controller mappings and Titan mouse converter

The formats are not interchangeable. Titan profiles cannot be loaded into GPC 3.

Create or Open

  • New: choose GPC3 (.ipt) or Titan Two / GPC2 (.git), then choose a filename and location.
  • Open: select an existing .ipt or .git profile.
  • The working directory is used as the starting location when available.

Load the saved profile into a matching GPC 3 or Titan Bridge slot to use it.

Mappings

Choose the device icons above Input and Output. Click an input control, then an output control to add a mapping. Clicking an output by itself inspects its mappings; selecting an exact existing pair selects that mapping. Select a row to edit its available options. Use the eye icon to highlight mapped controls, and the rowโ€™s remove icon or Delete key to remove a mapping.

A GPC3 mapping can include:

  • scale and offset;
  • input inversion;
  • source deadzone;
  • source consumption so the original control does not also pass through.

Mappings can be reordered within their target group. When mapping a signed axis to a button or key, the negative half contributes zero rather than releasing an already-held destination. Titan profiles offer the options supported by their format; GPC3 transform and consumption options do not apply to .git files.

Response Curves

For GPC3 profiles, the Mouse to Stick dialog provides an editable 101-point response curve for each Hip/ADS profile. The editor keeps the curve monotonic so increasing input does not unexpectedly reduce output.

The Curve Generator can create a starting curve using:

  • Exponential
  • Angular
  • Linear

Adjust the generated curve only as much as the target game requires.

Helios Pulse Mouse to Stick

In a GPC3 profile, map mouse Motion X and Motion Y to controller analog axes, then open Mouse to Stick from the settings gear beside the Input device icons. Enable dedicated mouse-to-stick translation to use the Helios Pulse settings.

Tune:

  • Pulse Continuum: raw one-report response or adaptive output spanning up to 2, 3, or 4 reports; the default is 2;
  • Mouse DPI: the physical mouse setting used while tuning;
  • Sensitivity: overall horizontal response;
  • Vertical Ratio: vertical sensitivity relative to horizontal;
  • the Hip response curve;
  • an optional ADS profile and activation control;
  • whether source motion is consumed.

Copy Hip to ADS gives the ADS profile the current Hip settings before you fine-tune it.

Start with the correct DPI, default Pulse Continuum, linear curve, and neutral vertical ratio. Adjust sensitivity first, then shape the curve.

Game Look Model

The optional Game Look Model maps requested movement to the stick values expected by a specific game. It provides 32 directions and 17 speed points, each with editable stick X and Y results.

Use Reset Identity for a neutral one-to-one starting model. Only customize the table when you have measured values for the target game.

Titan Mouse Converter

With a .git profile open, use the settings gear beside the Input device icons to open Titan Two Input Translator. Set the translator title, controller remapping ports, and Enable Titan mouse converter. The title is saved inside the profile and does not rename the file.

Tune the Default profileโ€™s sensitivity, Y/X ratio, DD factor, deadzones, and 21-point response curve. Alternate profile activation starts as Disabled. Choose a controller control to enable the Alternate tab and switch profiles while that control is active. Disabled keeps the Default profile; it does not disable the mouse converter.

Set Mouse DPI on the Titan Two to match the physical mouse. Pulse Continuum and Game Look Models belong to GPC3 profiles. Load the finished .git file into a Titan Bridge slot.

Use the GPC3 Profile

Step Action
1 Create or open the .ipt profile and make the desired mappings.
2 Open GPC 3 and select the intended slot.
3 Select or drag the .ipt profile onto that slot.
4 Start GPC 3 and verify the result in Device Monitor.

Troubleshooting

  • Profile will not open: use a supported .ipt or .git profile and check the error message. A Save failed status means the latest edits have not been saved.
  • Original input still passes through: enable source consumption on the mapping.
  • Helios Pulse is unavailable: map both mouse motion axes to controller analog axes.
  • Mouse response feels wrong: confirm the physical DPI, reset to a linear curve and identity look model, then retune sensitivity.
  • ADS never activates: verify the selected activation control and its state in Device Monitor.
