Output Panel

Output Panel shows messages produced by Helios tools and scripts.

Controls

  • Copy selected text
  • Clear All clears the retained log history, including messages hidden by filters
  • Toggle auto-scroll
  • Show or hide Debug, Info, Warning, and Error levels

Use

Open Output Panel when a tool will not start, a GPC3 script does not compile, Python reports an exception, or a device disconnects. Keep Warning and Error enabled while troubleshooting; enable Debug only when support asks for more detail.

The panel displays up to 500 lines. Filtering changes what is shown; it does not prevent messages from being recorded. Messages from agent-triggered actions use the MCP source. A pending action is not necessarily finished; check the affected tool for its final result.

When contacting support, copy only the relevant lines around the failure. Review them first and remove any personal paths or private script/model information.
